Don't blow up!

The numerous bark inclusions in this Southeast Asian Afzelia burl wood were filled with sawdust and CA before sanding and finish. Sure hope this thing stays in one piece when I take it out for a serious spin.
Ed beautifully done.
I was wondering if different densities of the voids would affect the balance?
Good question...with a yo-yo, you want to avoid a out of balance "wobbler" at all costs. Turns out, at least in this case, fine wood-dust from the turning + CA = pretty close to the original wood density. This one spins perfectly.
