10.5"H x 4.5" W, Red Oak This piece was developmental in creating an extended neck that is typical of Hideaki Miyamuras ceramic creations. I continue to be inspired by his work. I love delving into these exciting forms for woodturning. It's interesting how even though the geometry is squarish if viewed from the top the piece still suggest a roundness when viewed from the front.
