I've been re-reading Robin Kimmerer's, "Braiding Sweetgrass". A juggling of Native American wisdom and science. She speaks of the "Three Sisters" where corn, beans and squash are planted together. All feeding off of each other to produce an abundance. These three forms are all from the same chunk of Siberian Elm. Each form is as different as the three vegetable mentioned but also work together to create a body of work. Low hollow form 10x5.5". Long spout hollow form 8.5x7". Tall long spout hollow form 5x12.5" Finished with linseed oil and Mahoney's Walnut Oil Wax.
