Green Basket Illusion Tool Handle

I finished these tool handles in tribute to my friend and mentor John Ellis, who passed away last year. These tool handles were the last project that John had started. Unfortunately, he was unable to bead and burn the index lines, so he asked me for help. John intended to try inking the designs himself, but he fell ill & was unable work on them. I told his wife, Carol, that it would mean a lot to me to finish the handles. She told me John’s favorite colors were blue and green. I will be presenting them back to her next week.
