Mission Basket Illusion

This is based on a Mission basket that I found online. I typically don't try to directly copy a design, but this one "spoke" to me.

"Mission" baskets are a little different in that they aren't a specific Nation (tribe), but are a mix of different tribes that were brought (forced) together in the San Clemente area.

Done in cherry, the basket is 11.5" x 2.75"
