I agree! Would make for a super cool demo, as well.
I'm a ways off from demoing. It takes me about 2-3 hours to rough it out, adding explanations and questions and that would be a long demo! Maybe swap outs or a smaller blank would speed it up enough, also more practice! I have a couple ideas for variations but the hard part is the same.

Our club has a yearly event where members do small hands on workshops in their own spaces, 1 or 2 attendees. I haven't done it before but I'm going to do one this year. I'm going to start small though and do some avocado pits/mini hollowing. Maybe the following year I will do one for this.
