Walnut Form Basket Illusion

This is my first time doing a hollow form illusion piece and the first time I've used walnut. Inspired by Curt Fuller's walnut illusion pieces, had to give it a try. About 6" diameter and 2.75" tall. I tend to leave illusion pieces without a topcoat, but I am running some test samples and won't rule out using a finish yet on this one.
A beautiful piece with convincing illusion. I cant imagine what the count would be for the divisions on each bead. Lot's of patience and consistency on display. That is a very light colored walnut. Well done. Curt's example is evident.
