Carob Natural Edge

The legs were carved on this 14"x8"x12" piece. Although this carob has beautiful colors, once dried, is very hard to work with.
That's a big piece -e-, you really like them thin! I like the carved feet. And this is a good photo too. Great posting.
 
-e- this is a stunning piece. I have to look at it every time I'm on this site. It's somethin' about the combination of the carved feet and the shape of the wings. I'd like to see it in a year or after the carob ages. Carob is one of my favorite woods to turn.
