Copper Bowl

Copper Bowl

This was a club challenge to try something new. The shape was new for me and so was the embellishment. A basket weave texture was used on the rim, and painted with India ink. I used a can of hammered copper paint for the bowl and tied it all together with copper paint dry brushed over the India ink on the rim. Sprayed in the end with Lacquer spray .
Awesome look. The color and texture of the rim are perfect with the inside. Awesome combination, very well done!
