Dyed Ambrosia Maple Bowl

An Ambrosia Maple bowl dyed and sanded back with black, yellow and red dyes. It is 13 ¼” x 4” and finished with Danish oil. I left the inside natural and filled all the beetle holes with epoxy, so it could be used for a salad bowl. This was a bit of an experiment and was a lot more sanding than I was planning on. Several times I wished I would have left it natural and just finished it.
