3"H X 1 5/8"W Dyed with alcohol soluble transfast Dye. I let the dye soak up the blank by immersing the bottom of the rough cylinder.

Very interesting effect. Looks like it could have some real potential. Do you plan to pursue it?

very nice work, and cool technique. It reminds me of the food coloring & celery technique from elementary school. I may have to try this sometime!
