Forever Bowl

This was a large chunk of Honey Locust that was dried forever (since 1942 anyway), took forever to shape and forever to sand. Quite a challenge. About 13" dia., finished with Tung Oil. It was bought 2 days after putting it in a local shop. Hopefully, it will last the new owner "forever".
Thanks for looking and all comments welcome. Don L.

That is a super finish - I can only dream of that kind of finish with tung oil. I really like the shape.

Hi Cathy!
The bowl is long gone, but I believe it was about 6-1/2" tall. Hope that helps and happy turning.
Don L.
