Cherry hollow form with Osage orange finials. Finished with walnut oil.

It's hard to know what color the osage orange is in real life, at this stage of it's journey, but in the picture, it looks yellow. That's striking, but my gut says, not in a positive way. I can't say why that might be, but that's my unexpected and spontaneous response to the piece.

Funny! My wife loves the yellow. I brought up 4 different color woods to see which she liked best. Thanks for the comment.
