Mimosa bowl

This piece of Mimosa is for "Beads of Courage" at SWAT this year. I fluted it starting with 1 inch flutes on top going down to 1/2 inch at the base. Hollowed out leaving a shelve that I drilled holes and spelled out "Beads of Courage" with a heart on each end. Finished with Danish Oil. The piece is 7 3/4 inches wide and 3 3/4 inches tall.
Peter-

I use a sanding jig to do the flutes, that is after I lay out for the flutes. Depending on the look that I want either smooth sanded sides or bead blasted sides for a ruff texture.

Nikola-

Thanks.
