Multi Media Experiment

This two sided piece started out as just an experiment with different types of media. Not that it matters, but the wood is Poplar. This side is inlayed steel and glass tiles. The next photo is the other side and is inlayed with copper and copper tiles. The base is turned from scrap wood. The disc is all one piece of wood and is partially hollow. The disc itself is about 9 inches. The last photo is just a side view for reference. It is about 1.5" thick.
