Papua New Guinea Rose wood, oiled 8 x 2.5

The colour in this one is amazing, soft very easy to turn, a simple little form. Pterocarpus indicus (commonly known as Amboyna wood, Malay padauk, Papua New Guinea rosewood, Philippine mahogany, Andaman redwood, Burmese rosewood. Its the national tree of the Philippines. It has a few minor finish faults that I address a bit later.
