mahogany with birdseye maple lid, carved basswood finial and brass connector. 4 3/4" high by 6" diameter. Another in the series with carved sealife finials. The bieseye maple lid suggests a sandy beach for the shell to rest on.
I like this series very much, Dick who winters in Prescott and summers in Spruce Head. They would do very well at a beach resort gallery if you have access to one. I hope you post every piece in the series.
