Quail Vase

Part of my Ancient Dwellings Series -- turned from Alligator Juniper, measures approximately 4.5" (H) x 3.75" (D -at the base), Inlaid a few areas with Turquoise TruStone nuggets, the stacked stone effect is done free-hand with a high-speed rotary tool, the Petroglyph panel has Quail that are hand wood burned. Used Parfix 3408 to seal the interior and exterior areas that are not colored, the colored areas are sealed with spray lacquer.
