Spring 2008 contest

Frog cookie jar is turned from spalted ambrosia maple. The body is a 9 1/2" diameter sphere which was hollowed and then dyed with a transparent alcohol based dye. The eyes and feet are also spheres turned from poplar, dyed and painted.
