Stone Spirals

Canarywood, Tamarind, and acrylic paints. 7.5"h x 5.25"d. Another captured spin top. This one carved and painted to look like hand laid stone spirals. Sprials because it spins, stones because why not. I chose the Tamarind because the light color and the spalt zone line looks like granite. Tamarind is also quite dense, so works well for the spin platform. Additional views and video below.
