tempestuous-(adj) frequently turbulent and giving rise to many emotions

That kinda sums this piece up. From excitement, to anger, to fear, to stress, to relief, to heartache, to satisfaction. What fun,eh?
about 15'' tall. Curly maple, Zebrawood, and Honduras Rosewood Burl (thanks to Chris Ramsey).
any comments or critiques welcome as always.
God Bless, and have a safe trip to Minnesota!-Robin
Hi Robin,
that looks great. A piece with many dynamics.

Robin, I my trying to get my head around this. It is a fabulous piece of design & execution, that burl is the diamond in the pack for me, That reflection is ........... Hats off

Robin, Do you care to disclose any technical details as to how you went about making these pieces? They are just wonderful, I like the form and cohesiveness of the entire piece. Using 3 different woods like that and having them all blend together is a true mark of vision in the piece.

Specifically I would love to know how you did the glue up and then how you removed the pieces that are missing. Also I would love to know what you used for finishing.
