The Spring

I named this cherry hollow form The Spring. I carved and embellished the body to create the feel of water flowing from the source. It is 9" in diameter and 4 1/2" tall. The paints are water based matte acrylics and the natural wood is finished with Danish Oil. The texture was created using various sized ball burs.
