Walnut Split-Bowl (Profile)

Walnut Split-Bowl (Profile)

(2014) Walnut ~ 10” long x 8¼” wide x 4” high.

A split-bowl form textured on rim and interior with various size ball cutters/burs and a knurling tool on portions of the exterior & interior surfaces. Finished with Velvit Oil and Antique Gold gilders paste, buffed & waxed. No flat on the base so the bowl will rock when touched.
I like this piece a lot! Great form with the joined bowl. And the detailing and texturing take this to the next level. Very good!
