Yellowheart Bowl with Purpleheart and Chrome

Yellow-heart bowl about 8 inches in diameter. The rim is purple-heart accented with chrome bolts and washers. The purple-heart was drilled and tapped to receive the bolts.
Some other folks have suggested the nautical motif as well. I was actually trying for more of an industrial look - like bolting two pieces of metal together. The yellow heart and purple heart do look good together but they may not have been the best choice for this piece. Thanks for looking and thanks for the comment.
