If you don't find what you're looking for on here, Bill Noble may still be selling inexpensive faceplates which he makes from large steel nuts and washers. You can get several for the price of one finished faceplate. The lesser precision is not an issue with DIY vacuum chucks, as you true the surface of the chuck. If you can drill metal and spot weld, you can also make your own from Fastenal components.
