A different hollowing tool ID question

I have another mystery tool I'd like help identifying. It's a 3/8" bent-rod hollower with a 1/32" plate of (perhaps) carbide brazed onto the top surface (if you look closely at the detail you can see it). It cuts like a champ but I'm not totally satisfied with the curve of the tool. If anyone can help me ID the maker, perhaps they've got other shapes that would be a better fit for what I'm doing. This was another swap-meet find that doesn't have a maker's mark of any kind on it.
