A shout out to Mike Hunter

We all know Hunter tools are quality but the service is also. I recently had a handle break—ferrule came off and I forgot to replace it before using the tool again, so the handle cracked, tool unusable. At no cost, without being asked, Mike sent a new handle when I inquired about buying one. He’s got a customer for life now—and I’m going to order some hollowing tools.

Absolutely, I had ordered a couple #1 cutters and also needed a #1 screw. Well by mistake I ordered a #2 screw. Without asking or charging, Mike included in my order a #1 screw and I was really surprised! Definitely a great business and did I mention I use his tools exclusively for hollowing out my boxes!!

I’m convinced that Hunter tools for hollow forms is the direction I’ll go. Just need to decide on camera vs laser for visualization and what captured system to use—two other threads running in parallel now.

regarding camera vs laser--- I have both set ups ---I bought the laser system first but after purchasing the camera system, I use it almost exclusively - just a preference at this point.
