Channel 4 KOB TV in Albuquerque ran a short item on the AAW Symposium.

Bonnie Klein and Mike Mahoney are shown.

This is s positive step for AAW and woodturning.

One note I would add is that
nearly 300 of the 1300 attendees contributed close to 2000 hours of volunteer time from Thursday through Sunday to make it work.

In the the Youth classes we have over 200 volunteer hours.
Many of the local volunteers and AAW board members worked almost full time and didn't see sessions.

Be sure to thank anyone you saw working at the Symposium.

Happy turning,
Al
