At the symposium the AAW introduced a video site where the posted videos are reviewed prior to posting by AAW. Kind of like a safety and interest review. The site address was displayed at the awards ceremony and I did not write down depending on memory. Guess you know what happened to that.

Does anyone know what that url was?

Dave Mueller and Kathleen Duncan have been working on this project. I am not sure if it's been officially released. E-mail either one of them for further information.

It was nice to meet you at the AAW symposium over the weekend, Gerald.

Thanks Andy. I will try that. The url was given out at the Awards Ceremony and Kathleen said in the chapters meeting that this has been up for a little over a year . She actually went on lone to the site and selected and started a video. I will post back when I get the address.

Ok folks I found it. It is on the home page flash screen.

You will find this site interesting . Only 110 videos now. Use the Submit A Video button to submit videos for addition and then will be evaluated and if meeting critera will be added. The site can be searched by topic to find videos.

This is a great addition to the web site! We now have the set up to do remote demos, with the same set up, we can watch videos at the meeting and have a short Q&A session...

That's a very good point about your club's ability to receive and display a remote presentation also means that you have the ability to receive and display pretty much *any* content via the Internet.

Next step, replace that hi-tech sheet you used for the display with a real projection screen. < vbg >

We use wall mounted LCDs. A 65" on one wall and a 60" on the other. Projectors that bright are cost prohibitive by comparison. But eventually it will move to 4K

As mentioned at the symposium, the videos have been pre-screened by the AAW for quality content, production, and safety.

We'll be adding more videos regularly and depend on our members for content. If you would like to recommend a video, please send it (or send a link) to info@aawvideosource.org. The video will be reviewed for quality and safety, and if approved, it will be included in the video website.
