Hi all, great to join this forum. I'm a mechanical engineer here in the socal aerospace industry. 60yrs old and looking forward to retirement to spend more time in my shop! I have a Jet 1840 lathe and have been turning for about 5 yrs. I also enjoy all types of woodworking and my garage is my shop. Love making furniture, knifemaking and handloading for firearms. Can't wait to absorb all the knowledge here!
