The CSUSA post motivated me to share my recent experience with Klingspor's Woodworking Shop. I ordered a number of things and a few of them were missing or incorrectly substituted. I emailed them and they quickly put the correct items in the mail, no questions asked. Too often customers have to jump through hoops to correct vendors' errors, so this was a great change.
As a side note, they sell 20# boxes of misc cloth backed sandpaper for $30 on their site and it is the good stuff. Its not short scraps either, but some seriously long rolls in everything from 80 grit to 400 grit. Honestly, if I need to buy sandpaper within the next 5 years, I will be surprised - great value for a turner.
