Any Screw chuck info....

Hello all !!

I am looking for any and or all info on making my own screw chuck. Something with pics and full instructions. Anything that can be provided
is greatly appreciated. Any links or tutorials anyone has.

Simple

I don't have written plans or pics but have make them by simply fitting a bolt of the required size through the center of a piece of hardwood that's been turned to fit in the jaws of a scroll chuck.

with a hundred different ways to do things on the lathe, the only thing I do differently then aroundthewoods is to drill the hole for the screw with a jacobs chuck in the tailstock, I just could never get the screw hole exactly centered using a drillpress, which might not make a differance unless you want to remount...or try excentric turning...
