Baking soda and baking powder

I used it years ago for balsa gliders. It was pretty white, but no clue as to how it would look with the veggie ivory. I think I would be inclined to use some sanding dust from the nuts.

I have used it. It acts as an accelerant for the CA. I find when I use sanding dust to fill a crack, it is always darker than the wood, even if the dust is from the same piece of wood. If you blend a little baking soda with the wood dust, you can get a closer match.
