I bought a used Powermatic 90 that has riser blocks on the headstock and tailstock. The banjo I have with it works, but is not ideal as it limits the diameter of work I can do on it. I priced a new Oneway banjo, but it was a bit too $pendy for me at the moment. I know it's a longshot, but maybe somebody has one sitting around...
