Our Lancaster PA club and our neighbors at Susquehanna Woodturners have been working together for several weeks on how we can get the most out of Zoom. We've learned a lot. OK it's good-enough practices; true "best" practices will need to await more clubs going virtual and sharing their own adventures. The 3-page PDF I'll attach here is our most recent version, AAW office emailed an earlier draft yesterday. You can also find all of our Zoom documents on our club website, lancasterareawoodturners.org.
Other clubs that have worked through their own best practices, please share here. Let's learn from each other, no need for us to reinvent this wheel by ourselves!
