Working on a new BFB and my rings that I thought were lined up are not. Any suggestions on how to improve. I glued up one ring at a time to get this prefect and this is how it turned out.

I am guessing that a parallel glue up like that would be next to impossible to get perfect alignment all the way around and anything less then perfect looks like a mistake. If you rotated every other ring by 90 degrees you would not need to worry about alignment and the resulting chaos pattern may possibly look good.
This is the only example I have of a "Bowl From A Board" cut from a 2 species glue up and by staggering the layers slight misalignment is not a problem.

The only way I’ve been able to overcome that is with a piece of veneer in between the layers. It takes the eye away from a slight misalignment.
I think if you had a saw with a zero width blade things would line up just fine. Jim’s solution with the veneer works for that reason.
The one thing I can see working against you is the pieces creeping after you lined then up. I have learned from more experienced turners that you can let the rings sit for a bit after the glue is applied before putting them together to greatly reduce the chance of creeping.
Isn't there also an old woodworking trick of using a few grains of coarse salt to keep it from sliding?
From what I can tell from the photo is the top ring might have slipped. The other misaligments are sometimes just part of the game. The kerf created during the ring formation does not always allow the decorative elements to align perfectly on both the inside and outside of the bowl. Parallel boards like yours usually align well enough, though.
I use the salt trick when I am using my press to glue up rings. That trick is pointless when building the bowl up on the lathe. I have had slip occur many times otherwise. I also wait a couple minutes to allow the glue to tack up a bit before cranking down on the press.

When doing Ring Master the rings deform or may deform immediately after cutting slightly and it gets worse if you wait to glue up. I was never able to get perfect alignment with a straight pattern and preferred the offset or a checker pattern.
