Hi everyone! I've been turning about 4 years, member of the Boston-area Association of Revolutionary Turners for about 3 years, finally decided I should probably join AAW.

I'd say I'm an enthusiastic hobbyist: I turn for an hour or two more nights of the week than not. I mostly do bowls, and I've lately been focusing more on just simple bowl forms than any real embellishing, though I do occasionally do boxes or other odd things.

Currently turning on a Nova DVR XP, which I'm pretty happy with except for the stand, but that's fixable. Attached are a few photos of my more recent stuff. Looking forward to learning from and fraternizing with all the folks here, cheers.hollow_forum.jpg apple_forum.jpg auction_forum.jpg
