Here's a brief clarification to the 2008 Chapter Collaborative Challenge rules, posted in the Fall issue of the AW Journal:

...if a Chapter chooses to offer their entry for sale in the 2008 Symposium's Auction, the Chapter may now put a minimum bid on their project. Additionally, a Silent Auction will precede the Live Auction, and the highest overall bidder will get the piece.
