Our club the Cumberland Woodturners make ornaments to sell every year. previous years have been around $3000. 2020 we did $3800 from one location. This year we expanded to 3 locations, one was in a local store who also markets online. Our 35 club members really stepped up the game turning 935 ornaments. We sold all but 35 and raised over $13,000. The one store location sold over $6000 and the owner didn't want any compensation. It was decided we would present here with a plaque to thank her for her work. I was selected to build the plaque. it was sent out to be laser engraved.

Very impressive results for your club. And a very nice platter.

How did you get the mottled surface on the band near the rim?
