Basically it is emulsified wax, so I imagine anything that can remove wax from clothing would work for Anchor Seal? (I have "work" clothes that are essentially 20 year old rags but not ragged, so, we don't worry about stains or stuff getting stuck to them, so never bothered trying...)

Anchorseal is a paraffin wax so you can use naphtha to dissolve the wax.
