Couple of Spalted Oak bowls Pics added

The first one is 3 1/2" x 4 1/4"
and the second one is 3 1/2" tall with a 7" base and 3" opening. Dang toughest stuff I ever turned.

nice work. I have never got oak to spalt well, even under controlled conditions I seem to either wind up with wet muddy smelly oak or thuroughly rotted oak.
