I picked up a box of Delrin drops from a source recently and made some cup centers that fit my
adjustable chuck. I also had some round polymer check balls from some pneumatic pumps that
I rebuilt at work and tuned one side so they fit my adjustable chuck so I can use them as a soft jamb
chuck for various turnings on the lathe. The Delrin material really turns nice on a wood lathe using
conventional wood turning tools.
