I got some 4/4 curly maple from a local sawmill. I used some to make a segmented bowl.

Nice job. The segmented bowl is a great way to use up the 4/4 board. Curious what glue and finish did you used on this bowl? Also, any idea what species of maple (red, silver, sugar etc)?
