Good morning! I just joined the forum. I’m just getting into woodworking so I’m full of questions and not answers. The only tools I have are a 14” bandsaw and a sawzall. Odd combo I know, the sawzall is for cutting up old heart pine beams hat may have a nail or 2 in them. These are 10-20-ft long and are outside so I can’t move them around well enough to see all the nails so I cut it into chunks that I can move by myself. The bandsaw is an entry level 14” Porter-Cable and it seems to work okay. It’ll do for now because I only use it maybe once or twice a week. Just wanted to introduce myself to the group. Many questions to come later.
