Did I miss something about AAW Insurance?

We've had insurance through the AAW sponsored provider (Peerless/Ohio Casualty) for four or five years and I just received a package from "Willis of Massachusetts, Inc." and a Mary Fredette saying Peerless/Ohio will be issuing a 'non-renewal' letter effective when our policy expires in October. They claim Peerless/Ohio is "no longer supporting the Arts/Crafts Program". Since I'm used to receiving hijack letters about domain names and other things, I'm left wondering:
  1. Is this for real,
  2. Has AAW changed the provider to Willis,
  3. If not, who is the new provider, and
  4. What announcement of this did I miss?

I'm still confused here. The announcement says it changed May 18th last year. We renewed our Peerless/Ohio policy last October with no problems. The announcement has "AMJ Insurance", not Willis as the AAW provider. I've sent John an email asking for clarification.

There are insurance agencies, providers and underwriters and probably what you are seeing are different companies for the providers or underwriters.

Not really related to this question, but I personally have never felt that the AAW insurance plans were worth much.
