Keeping the Corvette. FWIW, leather is fine and wood safely at home. Friend offered his pickup—problem is, I was 40+ miles from home and 60+ miles from his home when I ran across the timber. I think I’ll keep a moving pad in the car for future finds.View attachment 68156
Just put a big trailer hitch on the back and pull a small trailer around, no one will notice 😂😂

Back in the day a lot of the muscle cars had trailer hitches on them. Even the black ghost hemi challenger had a hitch on it so the owner could haul motorcycles.

This Vette has 650 horsepower and is 0-60 in 2.9 seconds. It is a manual 7 speed produced the very last month they made a manual trans—all Corvettes are now automatic. It’s my 4th one and the best car I’ve ever owned.

I don't suppose you could put a trailer hitch on it, it should have enough power. Bet that would look real classy going down the street with a load of wood in a trailer.

Is the ride on the Z07 a lot stiffer than the base model?
