What finish for a rolling pin?

FAIRLY NEW TURNER
HAVE JUST FINISHED TURNING MY FIRST ROLLING PEN OUT OF MAPLE.
WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST FINISH TO USE TO BE FOOD SAFE????????
