Hello! New turner, here, looking to learn more about this activity. I bought a used lathe a few months back with the intent to do spindle turning, make handles for some chisels I've acquired and progressing to turning furniture legs. Since joining my local club (Bucks Woodturners) I'm excited to try some bowls, as well.

I'm in process of setting up a new basement shop, so am not spending a lot of time at the lathe right now. I did get one, very simple project completed as a Christmas present, though. Here's a shot of my first completed turning.
