Guys with Axminster chucks and jaws

I was looking around the other day and thought I'd check out the UK axminster site to see what the cost was vs the guy in New York.

There was only like 4 items showing up on their site so I sent an email and got a response.

"Thank you for contacting us.

OK, responded with another question and got this----

"UJK, Axminster Woodturning, and Rider products are no longer distributed outside the UK through Axminster Tools. These brands are now owned by NuCo Tools, who work with over 60 authorised partners worldwide.

Axminster has had serious financial difficulties. They recently split into two companies. One of them is Nucotools. They've stiffed suppliers for about $11,000,000 total. Robust got stiffed for just a little under $7,000. I only bring this up because you asked. If you really want to learn more, it's all publicly available on various UK government websites. I always liked their products, and if you want to get something, I'd work with the "the guy in New York" He's a good fellow to deal with.
