The Cape Atlantic Woodturners http://www.capeatlanticwoodturners.org/ is pleased to announce our Annual Two Day Hands-On Spring Workshop scheduled for Sat April 21 and Sun April 22, 2007, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day

To be held at the Cape May County Technical School woodshop http://www.capemaytech.com/DirectionsMaps.htm at Exit 11 of the Garden State Parkway.

Day One: Sat. April 21 will be led by well known woodturner, demonstrator and instructor Dennis Fuge http://www.timeforyou.net/ Participants will learn various techniques turning between centers and complete three projects.

Day Two: Sun. April 22 will be led by nationally known woodturner, demonstrator and instructor Robert Rosand http://www.rrosand.com/. Participants will learn various techniques turning between centers and complete two projects.

Both days are structured for beginner to intermediate turners. Of course everyone can learn.

Lunch is included both days. Jet and Turncrafter Pro lathes will be provided. One lathe per participant. All wood will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring their own lathe.

Lodging is available in the Technical School on site at $25.00 per night, one person per room. Arrangements must be made through the CAW.

Total fee for both days including lunch, use of lathe and all materials is $125.00, lodging not included in this fee.

Attendance is limited to 20. Several openings are still available.
